Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
U.S. SHIPPING COSTS PER ORDER:
- $7 for Regular Shipping (4-6 business days, trackable)
- $19 for 2nd Day* (2nd day delivery, trackable)
- $35 Next Day*
*2nd Day and Next day orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. No Saturday Delivery.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Izdabes.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Izdabes.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim or contacting Izdabes.com
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time Izdabes.com does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any merchandise. All one-of-a-kind items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. There are no refunds or exchanges for discontinued items or any items purchased on sale. Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
If you believe the item shipped is faulty please contact us, within 3 days of receipt, directly at email@example.com with a photograph of the item and we will work to resolve the issue.
Izdabes.com inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. Goods damaged due to use and/or negligence cannot be accepted for refund.
